2016 was a life-changing year and where our story begins. It was when we learned that two sets of brothers in our family were diagnosed with a rare form of muscular dystrophy called Becker MD. In the beginning we faced a lot of unknowns and had no idea what the future would look like. Initially to cope, we decided we needed to get the word out and raise awareness for this lifelong debilitating disease. Our mission is to spread the word and raise funding to donate to organizations like the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) and other research groups working to end neuromuscular disease and to one day find a cure for all.
